Obituary for Deborah Kay "Debbie" Draper (Seal)
Deborah Kay Draper, “Debbie”, 62, of Bunker Hill, WV passed away at Berkeley County Hospital, Thursday, October 3, 2019.
Debbie was born July 14, 1957 in Winchester; the daughter of the late Elmer Woodrow and Helen Pappas Seal. She worked at Winchester Medical Center until her retirement in 2016. She was a member of the Handley Band Boosters for many years and South End Fire Hall. Debbie was a die-hard Washington Redskins fan.
Debbie is survived by her daughters, Tiffany M. Day (Justin) and Michelle L. Draper; three brothers, Scott E. Seal, Ted A. Seal and Terry W. Seal; seven grandchildren, Ravin, Jordin, and Haydin Day, Aaleeyah and Kara Fraizer, Mashayla and Marvin Johnson Jr. and one on the way along with several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held, Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Open Door Baptist Church at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Dave Hartley officiating.
