Donna Jean Jarrell, 70, of Romney, WV died March 17, 2019 at Winchester Medical Center.
She was born July 18, 1948, in Van, WV, the daughter of Onvie and Treva Jarrell.
Donna is survived by her father, Onvie Jarrell of Romney, VA, two children: Connie R. Bowen of Levels, WV, and David W. Hissey of Fort Myers, Florida, two siblings: David Jarrell of Bunker Hill, WV and Judy Denny of Laplata, MD, and seven grandchildren : Christy Bowen, Robert Bowen, Michael Bowen, Brian Myer, Amber Hissey, Brittany Hissey, and Meghan Mandla.
Private services will be held at a later date.
