Dorothy “Dottie” May Bowen, 79, of Winchester, VA died Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Winchester Medical Center.
Dottie was born May 1, 1939 in Washington, DC; the daughter of the late John and Virginia Alder Snyder.
She was a cashier at the Dollar Tree.
Dottie is survived by her son, Bradley Bowen (Rebecca Nixon) of Winchester; brothers, John D. Snyder of Abingdon, MD and Charles B. Snyder of Calvert County, MD; sister, Janet Trail of Calvert County and two grandchildren, Amanda Bowen and Shaun Bowen.
She is preceded in death by her brother William P. Snyder.
Private services will be held at a later date.
