June Beverley Miller, 97, of Winchester, VA died on Monday, May 28, 2019 at Envoy of Winchester.
June was born on November 20, 1921 in Winchester, VA; daughter of the late Robert and Mary Haymaker Ryan. She was a housewife and homemaker and had been a lifetime member of Centenary Reform United Church of Christ.
June married Laurence William Miller on August 30, 1941 in Hagerstown, MD.
She is survived by three daughters, Beverley A. Mason and her husband, Marshall, of Union Bridge, MD, Sallie J. Kelly and her husband, Bruce, of Lovettsville, VA and Karen E. Lauck and her fiance’, Bob Hodges, of Stephenson, VA; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren and brothers, Robert S. Ryan of Winchester, John A. Ryan and his wife Juanita of Winchester and Jack M. Ryan and his wife Shirley of Winchester.
The family will receive friends on Friday evening, May 31, 2019 from 6:00 -8:00 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home in Winchester.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Jones Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Barbara Rhodes officiating. Burial will be Wednesday, June 5 at 1:00 in Mount Hebron Cemetery.
