Robert Edward Rawlings, 34, of Bayse, VA passed away July 23, 2019.
Robert was born August 18, 1984 in Washington DC; the son of Mark Edward and Barbara (Van Horn) Rawlings. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from West Virginia University and was a computer programmer.
Robert is survived by his parents, Mark and Barbara Rawlings of Lake Frederick, VA; his paternal grandparents, Joseph and Norma Rawlings of Ellicott City, MD; his maternal grandmother, Martha Van Horn of Arvada, CO, his brother Kevin Rawlings of Santa Clara, CA; his sister, Jennifer Wernley (Mark) of Norfolk, VA and his three nieces, Anna, Eleanor and Kara.
The family will have a private celebration of his life at a later date.
