Obituary for Thomas Edward Dapper
Thomas E. Dapper, 60, of Stephenson, VA, died Friday, April 12, 2019.
Mr. Dapper was born May 16, 1958 in Washington, DC; the son of the late Edward R. and Sonia Tschirf Dapper. He worked as a water resource engineer.
He is survived by his wife, Janice W. Dapper of Stephenson, VA; his children, Elizabeth Vaidehi Dapper and Matthew N. Dapper, both of Stephenson; two brothers, Robert Dapper and his wife Christie of Blacksburg, VA and John Dapper and his wife Jane Eastham of Alpharetta, GA; one sister, Jennifer Brown and her husband Robert of Jefferson, MD.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, May 11, 2019 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm at Jones Funeral Home in Winchester.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
